Once you’ve given Skelly 5 Nectar bottles, you’ll unlock his favor. He’ll ask you to kill him using a Stygian Blade on it’s Aspect of Zagreus, which costs 5 Titan Blood. Just unlock said aspect, change into it, and attack Skelly with it until he dies to fulfill his favor.
