So far, it’s the best program I have been able to find that offers ASL classes online. It’s in depth and the videos are wonderfully helpful. You can’t learn ASL just from reading books because you will have to see the signs and how they are formed. The videos are perfect for this and Start ASL is an amazing program.
Does Rosetta Stone do ASL?
I understand that Rosetta Stone methods are enabling people to learn new languages quickly but they don’t offer ASL lessons. I wounder if they could use the same techniques to teach sign languages. Everything we do at Rosetta Stone revolves around a simple idea: learning a language should be fun, easy and effective.
